When it comes to bedroom furniture in your care homes, one of the biggest considerations will need to be how stable the furniture is. Many residents are unsteady on their feet, and as a result, will use the furniture around them to steady themselves. This could be wardrobes, desks, drawers or anything else that may be in the room. So it is paramount that these items are as stable as possible.

The more surface area that is in contact with the floor, the less likely it is that something with topple so easily.
